Deciding to have a personal trainer can be a challenging task for many who wish to either lose weight or get into shape. To assist such ones, A Star Fitness helps you to map out your objectives and reach your desired goal. Get started below by selecting a session.


Cancellation

Cancellations can be made at least 24-hrs in advance of the training/fitness Session. If a cancellation is made within the 24-hr period prior to the session, your individual/single-block booking will be forfeited.

Please Note:

All Training sessions must be completed in 5 weeks/35days.
